Hello everyone ! I am having the same issue, but with "Offset of the output: 1" as you can see here: Error: Safety program: Data corruption prior to sending to F-I/O F-runtime group 1 Start address of the F-I/O: 104 Offset of the output: 1 DD00 / DD00. Based on link to "What should you do if the F-CPU goes into STOP mode and the message "Data corruption in the safety program ..." appears in the diagnostics buffer?", provided by hdhosseini, and my type of card "6ES7 136-6DC00-0CA0" it seems, that my problem lies in first control byte. But I am unable to find, what is in the first control byte of this F-DQ card or if even anything does access this bytes. This problem appears, very sporadically on 3 different devices with similar HWconfig and same software, running on CPU 1512SP F-1 PN fmw V2.5 Where can I find more about control bytes and their usage ?! Did anyone of you had similar problem ? What can be done to solve it ? Thank you and have a nice day !
