Hello everyone !

I am having the same issue, but with "Offset of the output:   1" as you can see here:

Error: Safety program: Data corruption prior to sending to F-I/O F-runtime group   1 Start address of the F-I/O:        104 Offset of the output:   1  DD00 / DD00.

Based on link to "What should you do if the F-CPU goes into STOP mode and the message "Data corruption in the safety program ..." appears in the diagnostics buffer?", provided by hdhosseini, and my type of card "6ES7 136-6DC00-0CA0" it seems, that my problem lies in first control byte. 

But I am unable to find, what is in the first control byte of this F-DQ card or if even anything does access this bytes.

This problem appears, very sporadically on 3 different devices with similar HWconfig and same software, running on CPU 1512SP F-1 PN fmw V2.5

Where can I find more about control bytes and their usage ?! 

Did anyone of you had similar problem ? What can be done to solve it ?

I am experiencieng this, not very ofter, but at least it has happened two times in the las 48 hrs.

This PLC goes to stop, after some fault ocurring in the OB123 (main safeties program)

The following description can be found in the online and diagnistics status.

89 of 3200; Event ID: 16# 0D:75D6
Error: Safety program: Data corruption prior to sending to F-I/O
F-runtime group   1
Start address of the F-I/O:        230
Offset of the output:   0
JNAP / JNAP.

I want to share an official document regarding event IDs "Data corruption before output to F IO (75D6)" or "Data corruption in the safety program before output to partner F-CPU (75D7)".You can find more here:

There are many cases to check, use open in editor option to find which option you should work on more.
