Did you figure out what was the issue?

I am having same issue with ABB drive library function block. Inside i can see that both SFC14 & 15 give negative 32624 in error field. I am using 1511-1 PN plc with ABB ACS 580 drive(PPO6) in TIA 15.

I don't know where i can modify word length for SFC14/15.

Split from SFC 14 and SFC15 are giving error as a return val of : -32624.

 you need alocate amount of memory in RECORD with Pointer notation f.ex. P#M100.0 WORD 10 which means from MW100 you have buffer for 10 Words for data. Same amount you need use with both SCF. If I also understand you need add to ABB in table some Word I/O areas coresponds to your Pointer alocation and address of I/O, better say what ABB gives you with defined I/O slots, you need set on record with correct Pointer notation as sugested.

Ok, so if i understand this correctly then following applies.

ABB hardware settings (PPO_6 in this setup) uses 20 words of data. That is set up in ABB fena hardware settings(currently 181-200 for both input & output).

SFC14/15 asks just 1 int/word value for start of the address & that would be 181 for both input & output.

Have i missed anything?
