i find to make a "main" programm into the "ET 200SP" IM155-6PN/2 HF version on TIA Portal V16..

but i cannot make that because it seems that this material look like an "IO Device"...

i can't find it into the library...

someone can help me?

a IM Module have no programm, this is only possible with CPU/PLC.

you IM is only a simple io-Device which can't be programmed

 as Christoph sugested to you. On other side you can find this PN IO Device module inside I/O devices catalogue where also other modules and depended I/O parts are available.
