Which fuse type should be used for PM240-2 power supply ?  In the catalogs, and in sizer, they sometimes use 3NA gG fuses , and other times 3NE gS fuses .  Which one is suitable ?  Thank you

The updated Siemens document gives selection tables for BOTH i.e. for 3NA HRC or 3NE Semi conductor.

I would be interested to know who is using which type of fuse protection and what are the advantages etc.

I think what we are both asking is my question from above "I would be interested to know who is using which type of fuse protection and what are the advantages etc."

1. So what fuse selection is everybody using for Siemens G120 ? (who is using the table with 3NA HRC and who is using 3NE Semi conductor)

2. And why ? What are the advantages and disadvantage of choosing one type over the other 

For a G120 configuration using the PM240-2, my answer would be cost and availability both locally and where it will be installed / used.

For a S120 configuration using the PM240-2, my answer would be the same, but whichever provided the fastest protection in the expected current ranges of operation.

Same drive, but different controller and end-user level of importance.

If it's used as a "general purpose" drive, optimize on cost.  If it's uses a high performance drive, optimize on protection and cost.
