I have CU230P-2 HVAC and PM 330

I have same problem

i have changed CU,IOP,TDB,FPI,PSB and also changed all the cables still the issue is not getting solved.

ihave also updated the CU firmware but still the issue is same.

You could start by resetting the IOP to factory settings, and then re-commissioning it as described in this manual:
