What is the difference between two number for same technical number?

hi,for 141-1bf12-0xb0 card after technical number we see number as attached on the card.what dose it mean? what is different between two number for same technical number (141-1bf12-0xb0) Thanks alot ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
