I download the manul link you gave, but didn't find out the fail information in technical specifications. can you help to give a deep investigation. I also upload the DCS configuration attached.  Thanks

can I ask you, you have ET200M attached only to DCS what acts as Master? No S7 CPU with ET200M? If no S7 CPU, only DCS can set correct cfg options and it depends to correct GSD file maybe (I mean check internal settings inside file for help), check internally what options are available there. Really it's not clear to me your network connections, existing devices.
