Hello TaviAavik; The S7-300 Module Data manual would be a great ressource for you, there is a complete chapter describing the functions and parameers of akll analog output modules you will find in the S7-300 hardware catalog. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/8859629 If you open the section dedicated to the 6ES7332-5hd01-oAB0 module, you will see that the default parameters are for 0-10V signals, but that you can change the parameter settings to different current values in the Step 7 HWConfig editor. The CPU shoould be in Stop mode when you change the hardware configuration, then compiled and downloaded to the CPU. See this extract from the Programming Analog modules section of the suggested manual, and the screenshot below, showing a page from the 6ES7331-5HD01-0AB0 and 6ES7331-1KF02-0AB0 settings. I leave it to you to study the complete sections for each analog module,it will provide all the infomation equired to configue, parametize and connect them. Hope this heps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello Taviaavik; The fact that you are using a SST Profibus configurator would have given us more information on your problems. What model of SST scanner are you using, attached to which rockwell CPU, ControlLogix, SLC100... There were various versions developped over the years, by SST, Brad, Molex... so you might want to open the specific manual for your model. Whuich gsd file have you selectd to integrate the IM 153-2 as a Profibus-DP slave in the SST configurator? Please provide a screenshot of the selected modules on the IM 153-2 rack, and if possible the selected parameters for each? I have worked with SST scanners a long time ago, and if I remember well, in the module configuration tabs there are 3 that you should look at, once the modules have been correctly selected per part number: Modules, Std. pems, and Ext. prms. If my memory serves me well, you should find a selection for current outputs in one of these tabs. Maybe these links can provide more hints: - Communication between SIMATIC S7-CPUs on PROFIBUS and Allen-Bradley Controllers via SST PROFIBUS Scanner https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/23809864 Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
