I have two rollers. On one of them, a blade is placed, and another one is the anvil. I want to measure the exact value of blade pressure on the anvil in contact time. I use a Siemens servo motor and a s120 drive. My line cut speed to cut our product is around 1600 times per minute. (about 27 cuts per second). It is important this contact pressure doesn't exceed a special pressure during a certain time, for example, in 5 minutes the pressure value doesn't exceed its limit more than 3200 times (2 minutes multiply 1600 times). Because if during the time this pressure exceeds it can make some problems for our blade, anvil, and system. What is your suggestion for the detection of this issue? And is it possible to detect it by s120 and show it as a trend?
