How should the direction be changed so that it goes forward and the speed monitoring is read positively?

Hi anybody can help me, on display BOP2 speed monitor showing negative reading and when we start vsd in auto mode motor running in reverse direction. How to change direction became forward and speed monitoring positive reading ? Another think I have VSD and speed reference from PLC with max reference 900 Rpm. In auto mode speed can rise only up to 300 rpm. Please inform me which parameter need to be check. I attached drawing any body can assist which parameter suitable for that drawing?
