So it kinda depends on the model of Simodrive 611 you have.

But on the Universal E models there are 4 outputs.

And as a standard these are set up as

O0.A/B = Ready or no faulta

O1.A/B = Ramp-up completed

O2.A/B = nAct < nMin

O3.A/B = Motor over temperatur pre-warning

So you should be able to use one of these as you reference switching a relay. 

These are programmable, so can be adjusted to ones needs

Hello, I am not familiar with these systems. I have a device that monitors the hours of operation of some old machines, most of them with regular motors. However, I need to add a CNC machine, which is equipped with a SIMODRIVE 611. Is there any terminal I can use to indicate if the motor is running? This way, my equipment can identify when it is turned on. Thank you.

Note: I only need to know if the motor is rotating, regardless of the speed.

 Your Picture showing Power supply, But I can see a liitle parts of Drive control card, please shut off power taking out flat cable, picture the drive control card at the right of this picture --it should be 6SN1121-xxxx-yyyy, I need that numbers. I supose you have 611A spindle control card, 

see attached picture, ther are output relay terminal , you can get signal from A31 

you need set Parameter P021=0,  means speed >0 output signal to A31
