Hi folks,

I have the following configuration :

- TIA Portal v18
- HMI TP1500 Comfort

The runtime application uses 2 languages, english and chinese.
Everything works fine for it, I can switch from a language to another in the screens, and both languages are displayed preperly.

My problem is with the Input Keyboard : I want to give the opportunity to the chinese user to input Chinese characters in I/O fields. But so far, I can not find how to to this.

I have found in the configuration of the panel the "InputPanel" section, in which I checked the "Use Multi Language keyboard" box. Then I get additional options to add different layouts and customize the default layout. 
But in the "Installed" keyboards layout, the Chinese is not listed.

Is it possible to install it ? If yes, how to do so ?

I think, comfort panel do not support entering Chinese characters. Only Chinese characters can be displayed. This is due to the operating system language. The keyboard when typing comes from the operating system and there is no way change the keyboard to Chinese
