Hello dear Siemens lovers,

I have the next problem: I work on a WinCC 7.5 SP1 Up3 multi-user project with OS Project Editor Navigation Buttons. Everything is fine until i open the project on clients and the start-up screen show up but the buttons does not work. The rest of the screens works fine, the same the conection betweenclient and server.

How can to overcome this problem? Solutions?

Thank u for helping me.

The answers are: 

1) Clients are common Clients in Basic Runtime.

2) I don't see any text in graphic runtime, however in the tag management the tags are transferred fine and are matching the server tag and when i modify start picture to a random picture on project(not a @ prefixed) it works fine

I forgot to say that on client PC i have installed the Client Installation version.

it is not really clear, do you speak about Web-Clients,
or common Clients in Basic Runtime.
Do you see Texts in the Areabuttons or not ?
If there are Texts, are they "grayed" ?

Open the diagnostic tool apdiag and check if there are any error messages like ssm… error

The apdiag tool you find in the wincc installation directory folder utools

Start the tool an than open the diagnostic window with output  windows -> open

A second window open. Now check the messages

Messages: SSM..: unresolved external function

The split screen manager function errors are the reason why the picture tree not works on

you client pc. This has naffing to do with the client installation

Check on your client if you can see the share scriptfct

Start -> Execute insert\\computernamefrom you client

The scriptfct is the share to the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\WinCC\aplib

The ssm...fct funktions are located in the directory

C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\WinCC\aplib\Split Screen Manager

Do you insert you window user in the group SIMATIC_HMI ?
