808d Software - On the screens the mouse pointer is shown and working but mouse click is not working

Dear sir. Recently I downloaded sinumerik 808d software for 60 days trial version .In the software all the functions of mouse work fine on all the panel buttons without any problem. The problem is that on the screens the mouse pointer is shown and working but mouse click is not working .I am using Window10 operating system for running this software ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
