The error you mention may be caused by an incompatibility. You can check this in the Compability tool, of which I leave you the link and FAQ for help.

When it is stated that it is not unlocked/not compatible, it means that the system has not been tested by the Siemens software development department. This implies the very possible occurrence of failures since we can neither predict nor guarantee the operation in such an environment.

I hope that is not the cause of the failure, but at least to rule out that option.

Yes, I have created the databases myself in a test project, which I then want to connect and bind with a time delay. The process works successfully. It was just a question of the feedback from the standard function, which, as I understand it, provides a strange response. The system used for the test is a WINCC 7.5 SP2 server pair with Update 18 including client and runs redundantly. I will follow up on the compatibility issue, as the servers are based on MS Windows Server 2019 Datacenter v1809.
