V20 modbus is working, put parameters don't change

I'm trying to write to parameters 40100 and 40101 of multiple (16) V20 Inverters. The code I wrote gives positive DONE signals and no errors. The V20 also shows no sign of errors or warnings and, using the parameter 2024, it seems that the messages are being delivered. What could be causing the messages to be delivered but the parameter keeping the same default value for the frequency (0 Hz)? I checked the IDs and baud rate for each inverter and not only are they correct, they match exactly those in the code. The code has a Token Ring structure. After finalizing its communication, a device will disable its token and enable a delay timer that will set up the next device's token. I checked that and it's working as expected.
