Issue with Incremental Feed on CNC Machine – Does the Simodrive Need to Be On?

The yellow handheld device (Jung HF 50-1733) has an encoder knob that we use to adjust the position. The CNC is supposed to follow these incremental movements, but it's not responding as expected. Interestingly, I noticed that the Simodrive is currently off in the electrical cabinet. The incremental feed had been working fine until a power incident caused the main circuit breaker to trip. After power was restored, the incremental feed stopped working, but the jog function is still operational. Does the Simodrive, as shown in the attached image, need to be powered on for the incremental feed to work? I’m curious because the jog function is still functioning, which makes me wonder if the Simodrive is unrelated to the issue with the incremental feed. Handheld device is working...it is sending signal but incremental feed 100 is doing nothing?

When doing jog, it does move and show the Y and Z position on the screen. However, while on inc feed mode, it does not move and position does not change for y and z on the screen.

Can you help? This kind of issue is very hard to help from remote.--If I can accesses your machine I am sure can fix it. SamyTimalsina No, it is not working with inc 1, inc 10 or inc 100. Jog mode and axis referencing are working, but the incremental feed is not. May be the video will give you more insight.
