automation license manager service is not working ,it is always showing stopped condition .i tried with new version updated ALM , but service is not starting at all .wincc version is 8.0 . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello. This sounds like a problem with you security software. Review your security measures if it may be blocking the service. The formal Siemens support personal will probably be able to help you quicker than our volunteers can. I am assuming you are legally licensed to use Wincc. Use the "Support Request" link offered on this web page to register a free support ticket. Mention to them which other software you have installed. Good luck. |
