Problem with how IO-Field are displayed - No border wanted.

And no borders. I try to set the border color to same as background to remove the border and only to have a black text on the same background as my screen. But still there is some shading on top and bottom of the object. Does anyone know how to get rid of this. Very disturbing. See Attached image. Thanx. The background color in relation to the gradient can be changed by going to the following path on your system: "Runtime Settings Menu -> General-> Display -> Style". This will involve changing the entire project. So make sure you have a backup before changing it. good luck.

I was thinking about this using the text box, but as I have units also connected I thought that the I/O field was easier as you can add the unit to the text. Don't think I can do this with text in textbox without scripting.

Hello, use the Transfer Format tool and copy from a text box, the one you formatted without a background color, to your I/O field where you want the unit text to be displayed along with the tag value.
