MagnusDA Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Since two weeks back I have been running WinCC v7.2 upd 4 in a one server one client project.Suddenly I got the WinCC system message id 1012301:CA: servername No acces to SQL server (loss of data possible) the commen row:[(null,197]failed to insert into MSARCLONG with 0x80004005 (#0,'2014-01-17 17:01:44.364') A new message comes every second.Any idea?

Tag Logging is working well, the problem is on alarm logging, nothing is written on the alarm DB, this is an example of the lines written inside the WinCC_Sys_xx.log file every time an alarm occurs: 2303,24.02.2025,13:07:09:315,1012301,4,,SRVCARL3,CCWriteArchiveServer,[(null),225]failed to insert into MSARCLONG with 0x80040E21(#705,'2025-02-24 12:07:08.590'),MSG_STATE_COME 2303,24.02.2025,13:07:52:128,1012302,4,,SRVCARL3,CCWriteArchiveServer,WinCC Process Archiving has stopped for TagId= 9860. Inside Help file, section 'Archiving Process Values > Basics of Process Values Archiving > Consistency of time stamps', it's stated that this could be a problem related to the consistency of the alarm timestamp (older than the last present alarm), but it's not clear how to reset this situation... how can it happen after doing an alarm reset?
