You can change the format of the date and time of the Unified clock with the options of the toLocaleString() function. In the following link you will find more information:  toLocaleString()

You can do womething linek this:

 return (new Date()).toLocaleString("en-US", {timeZone:"America/Sao_Paulo"});

}

ofr if you need leading zeros for example:

export function EA_Feld_1_ProcessValue_Trigger(item) {

local time DE var options = {year: 'numeric', day: '2-digit', month: '2-digit', hour: '2-digit', minute: '2-digit', second: '2-digit'};

return (new Date()).toLocaleString("de-DE", options);

}
