Upon the update of Windows 10 to 11 , my WinCC RT v19 stopped working . so i wanted to delete the old Certificate and try installing new ones.
The Problem:
In wincc Unified Certificate manager i was able to delete the RT certificate without any problem . but when i tried to install the Web server Certificate i got the following error :
The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation purposes and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation purposes.
(Translated from German).

What can be the Issue here ?

Yes the Unified v19 was installed on Windows 10, and the Windows was Updated to 11 by our IT deprt. automatically. i won't normally do that either.

i have installed the Certificates through the very same manual a few times and it works. This time there is a completely different issue.  on the point 4.3 on the manual , wehre i create a Webserver certificate comes this error popup , stating that "The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation purposes, and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation."

The issue i think is because of insufficient Admin rights for the Current user. The following resolution is posted on another forum.

Only administrators who have the Enable computer and user accounts to be trusted for delegation credential can set up delegation. Domain admins and Enterprise admins have this credential.
