very short question 

do you want to upgrade Logo Soft Comfort?

I tested the link, the link works. Maybe it was a temporary problem ... 

I agree with @ixo65 that the link does work ⁰. But I have seen troubles with a link on the new interface before. The link would work if you are using the “old” forum interface.

In a case like this one you can copy the text that @Wizard used for the web link. Feeding that into the search facility will give the result you seek. Just make sure that the default “Search in Forum” option is changed to “Knowledge base” ¹. 

For future reference.. you can use the link address also. The link address ends with the identity number “109975995”. You can search this identity number also ². 


⁰  Tested in “new” forum interface
¹  “Knowledge base” should be the default in my opinion
²  ..or until they break this handy feature again
