Thank you for the links and the information. I just made some c# code to export and import the blocks and this works fine. For me it is not usefull to have the network and block titles in a separete file (*.s7res). Do you know of a way to add the comments and titles directly in the (*.s7dcl) files?

I tried to do this, but then the text remains empty after importing. (I deleted the accompaning s7res file).
