Hello all,

the question is:
Does Siemens or anyone here, have some kind of working example for communication between PLC and MySQL database without a 3rd party software like NodeRed etc.?

I recently successfully implemented Siemens example for direct communication between PLC and SQL server with TDS protocol but I would like to have also possibility to connect to MySQL which doesn't use TDS, meaning its different protocol.
Can you please help me out, so I don't need to program everything from scratch :/

PS. For testing I am using TIA Portal V18 Upd3 & CPU1515.
