I am using win10 pro and wincc unified v20 RT. I am using unified in kiosk mode on this pc. However, changing users does not work in kiosk mode. If RT works without kiosk mode, user change can be done. Is there a way to change users in kiosk mode in WinCC unified? What do you recommend? I could not find any clear information on the subject in the forum. Thanks.

Actually, while I am in kiosk mode, while the runtime is running, I want to access other pages with a different user for maintenance. The runtime is running on the PC. And there is only "ShowLoginDialog" as a command. And I am using it. When using this command, the user switching window opens. But for example, it does not switch to the admin user. To be sure, I added the "@UserName" I/O field to the screen. The I/O field does not even show which user it is running as.

By the way, the kiosk was prepared with mode unified. Windows is not in kiosk mode

I have a simple screen change button on my main screen. And I want only users with admin authorization to access and use this button. I also select the user authorization level of the button as admin. However, in general, it seems that the user cannot be changed at all.

Is there anyone who can help me with this issue? I think it is an important and needed issue. Does anyone have an alternative solution?

Could you please provide more information about the issue you're experiencing? How are you changing the user? Are you using the "ChangeUser" or "ShowLoginDialog" system functions? If not, what approach are you using? Sharing some screenshots would help us better understand the problem.
