In UMC settings, under user details -> account policies, where I set the logoff time, I found the message in the attached picture: reading default explanation, it seems that it is possible to set a default logoff time, but I could not understood where I might set it... It seems that something has changed, though I don't know if this change in behavior was intentional. I was able to access the chapter by searching the main page of the TIA Portal Information System for the text "Configuring automatic logoff". Alternatively, you can use the V19 system manual. So it should be sufficient to set the role runtime timeout and UMC users should use it by default, right? Because I was quite sure to have tested it, but without success; in any case, if you confirm, I will try it again.
