Translation of messages in one excel file?

First_Automation Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hello, I want to manage the messages in a WinCC flexible 2005 project in 4 different languages. At the moment we export the messages in3 different xls-files and give them to a translation bureau. Afterwards the meesages will be imported. [:cry:] Is there the possibility to manage all languages within one file out of WinCC or does anyone have a good idea to save the time of 3 exports/imports? Regards Rollo

After that you can add a new dictionaryin "Project > Languages Settings > Dictionaries". At next youcanadd all messages in the discret/analog alarms inthe reference language. Then you can export the textswhich you proceed as normal in a csv file. The exportedandtranslated textscould be imported in the dictionary via "drag & drop". All project texts of flexible are in"Project > Languages Settings > Project Texts". So, you can use the translation function of WinCC flexible (open the context menu with the right mouse button -> "Auto translate"). Note: You can use this function incells whichare empty. Bye
