I have refrigeration compressor that can be in7 different states of operation ie stopped, running, overload , low pressure etc. I would like to show the state of the compressor via a single window on the screen. The states of the compressor are triggered by bit devices within the PLC. On an E-screen HMIusing E-designer software i would use a multiple choice I/O device. Is something similar available in Win CC flex. Regards Gengus

He wants to know how to use individual bits with a text or graphic list. I don't think you can use individual bits. It would be better to use an INT (integer) tag and move a 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 into the integer tag. But sometimes it is not possible to modify the plc program so if anyone knows how to use different bits with a text or graphic list please tell us.
