I did see an excel spreadsheet a long time ago with early build masterdrives on it, but like Devesh stated, it is quite old.

Regarding S120, there is hardly any need for "spare" parts, most modules (at least in the bookshelf range) are a single PCB, not like multiple part masterdrives. I'm guessing, this is down to the Siemens ethos that it is not cost effective for them to repair a module after taking into account the component, diagnostics, repair, and shipping costs.
