Hi, 30016 is not an error, but an "alarm" (actually, just a message) it just means that the power supply is not "on". Most common cause is the input isolator/contactor is off.

The best way to monitor currents/torques etc is to use the trace function. Search here in the forum or use the online help in Starter software to discover how to use the trace function.

Other than that, you can look at the BOP-20 or in Starter for these values, but bear in mind, they are smoothed and are not realtime.

Current - r27

Speed - r21 or 22

Torque - r31

If you use the trace function, then you would select the unsmoothed versions of these signals starting at r60

What is the controlling element of drive input contactor. Can you attach the control schematic.
What is the way Motor is getting OFF?. I mean are there two separate commands one to stop the motor and second to OFF the converter. If yes, there is always no need to switch OFF your input contactor, but with MOTOR OFF command pulses can be disabled from the inverter.

Of course you can't reset the fault unless your input power contactor is ON
