PCS7 & WINCC tag

spaccabbomm Posts: 33 Rating: (0)	Hi all, i created a new project using wizard, SFC & CFC created. I created a symbol TEST using M1.0 flag and i can see correctly on WINCC and works fine. Now in my project i dont want to use CFC & SFC, so i deleted it, but now i cant see my 'TEST' tag on WINCC... how come? Any help?

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (172)	Hi have a try with e.g. m100.0 or a bit in a datablock db1.dbxy, the M1.0 my be already used by the system. Anyway using Mx.x and deleting SFC/CFC doesn´t make too much sense in PCS7, because you are not using the main features which are there for easier/faster/better engineering. Is there any special reason, that you intend to engineer your project in STL? nemo

spaccabbomm Posts: 33 Rating: (0)	I'm new in PCS7/CFC/SFC and i'm good in SCL programming and i have a lot of time to learn about cfc a moment, so i prefer to use SCL language. The problem appear when i delete CFC, after compiling i cant see the tags in WINCC. I really dont know why...

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (172)	Hi please have a try with these examples...you are calling a FC in SCL, a FC doesn´t have a instance-DB, so WinCC cannot connect to a value in an instance DB. You could try using an FB instead of a FC => a DB is created, WinCC can connect to values within this instance DB.
