TP 170B Color doesn't accept password

robcioj Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hi. I have specific problem with few TP170B Color panels. From time to time panel doesn't want to accept user name and password. When I restart it everything is OK. Maybe someone can help me ??

After a restart you have thrice trials again to give the correct password! If you use a alarm view, then you will see what happen. regards,

So you can "reset" the user passwords to your "standard settings" which you have project. regards,

But if you use these functions you should protect them too. i mean operational personnel shouldn't be able too export or restore passwords)..This protection has to be done without using winccflex security capabilities. So we came to something like hardcoded passkeys on hidden screens accessible only by administrator or another engineers. I think it's a very strange that there's no ability to disable user blocking and use infinite number of tries.
