OS Server Slow

infineum Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	We have a PCS7 system v5 (we are in the process of upgrading to 7.0). Our operator system has 4 clients with redundant OS servers. The system is on Windows NT. About a week after rebooting, the OS servers graphic updates really slow down. Actually the computers slow down and the CPU is at 100%. The client graphic updates are good. Once I reboot each server, they behave normally. This problem appeared in the last six months. The system has been running for almost ten years with no problems.

infineum Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	As a followup, the process that is causing the CPU to be at 100% is STDiag.exe (It may be SDiag.exe, perhaps I wrote it down incorrectly). If I end this process, all of my issues go away. I am going to post this topic in the WinCC forum since there may be an expert who could help me. Correction: The process is SDiagRT.exe
