Dear all,

We are having a tough panel TP270 to monitor Ice water at Utility system. Currently we cannot access it because it don’t accept operator account.  I don’t know why, may be because operator logs in with wrong password/user many times.

At current situation, we don’t have higher user level and original source as well. So nothing can do it.

Do you have any solution for this problem?

you can only download again project to panel.

Before you can disable paswword lock after wrong immission puttin # of try to 0

 Sorry. I don't have source file. So I want to find other way.

I have a idea. This HMI allows back transfer. If I don't understand mistaken, after back transfer , we will project which can be modified?

If so, we can use this way and change user/pass configuration. The download modified project to that HMI.

Not yet. Tomorrow I try to back transfer and that proceduce.

That HMI have not been used CF card. So I not sure that it can be able to back transfer.
