I have issue to remote DNS to the Logo.

This because on the router the port forward 8080 ( virtual server) is already take from the Genset.

I try to change many TCP port number but im not able to login.

On the manual is written to setup the port 8080 for the Logo, but I can use it because is busy.

This is the configuration ports on the router:

Router        192.168.1.1

Genset                     192.168.1.2    TCP    80    8080    Attivo
TouchPanel             192.168.1.49    TCP    89    89    Attivo
LogoMainHHO        192.168.1.50    TCP    90    90    Attivo
LogoPower              192.168.1.51    TCP    91    91    Attivo

How I have to setup the TCP port on the router for login and update the 2 Logo and the HMI touch?

Anyway I have to make the full compliments to Siemens because the Logo+HMI are VERY AMAZING system!!

Im very happy to use only Siemens PLC.

I have resolved the TCP issue on router, under this setting I'm able to connect to each device:

Genset                     192.168.1.2    TCP    80    8080       Attivo
TouchPanel             192.168.1.49    TCP    80    8083    Attivo
LogoMainHHO        192.168.1.50    TCP    80    8082    Attivo
LogoPower              192.168.1.51    TCP    80    8081    Attivo

On programming I have activate the Remote connection , Web server and LogoApp, but..

when I open the Online connection on Softconfort, the Test connection is working, Green, But I'm not able to read any onther information from Logo and also to upgrade the software.

On Web server I'm able to connect and see the remote Logo display on both device, all work fine.

With the Logo APP can never connect: Connection Failed! Error trasferring http://xx.xxx.xxx.xx:8081/AJAX - Server replied: Not Found.

Anyone can now help me to resolve this issue? where I make wrong?

I made your test with IP: xxxx:8080 and there is working with direct RJ45 cable, PC>Logo. ( slower upload but is working)

when I try to connect by DNS, the test connection reconize the Logo, but if I try to ask any logo information the popup Connection BM... stay continue active...no connection.

When I try to upload new software, it asking me to connect, this work, then again the popup BM...but nothing at all.

Web server is full working, with Logo App I can also not connect: Server not found.

On Router I have opened the forward port: IP: xxxxxxx:8080 and IP: xxxxxx:8081 and with web server I can connect to the two Logos.

Internal port on router I leave the 80, because IF I set also 8080 then nothing is working.

Any suggestion how I can resolve to connect by DNS internet?
