How do we know PID is completed tune status. and how i get the status for DB block

I would like to set Button in HMI after PID automatic tune completed , to send tune status is completed, but im Dont know what is state is show Automatic compleyedwithout errror,
Im see in TIA config "System tuned" how can i got is data for PLC or HMI

Next ,2.How often we need to tune and when, both Automatic and Fine tune

Im a begining would like to get help from other both Expert and other   to advise and help me plsssssss
