We want to control Travel Axis driven  by SEW Movidrive ,Siemens ET200SP TIA1500 and Leuze Barcode.

Is there any Standard block in TIA with which we control SEW drive positioning For example when it get closer to given setpoint it should rampdown/Slower and do the fine positioning without any jerks.

Hello.

The analog motion control works well for an AC drive controlled by the S7-1200. Very short MP4 attached.

What I used was a generic drive + motor and standard S7-1200. The positions can be set according to requirements and settling accuracy is within 0.5mm. It is not perfect on the system we used, but it is good enough for the task at hand.
