You should be able to connect a Vegaflex 61 as a 2-wire sensor, but first, which power unit do you have installed in the sensors? See the screenshot below.

Note that the ET 200S module is simply a 2-wire analog input, without HART. So you will read only the primary HART variable from the connected sensor.

Check the model number on the Vega 61 ID nameplate to see whether the unit you have is 2-wire or 4-wire.

The analog input module you have is designed to supply 24Vdc loop power to a 2-wire field device. 

It can be used only with a 2-wire field device that does not have a separate external 24Vdc loop power supply connected to it.

The analog input module can not be used with a 4 wire field device.

To connect the module to a 2-wire field device:

   connect terminal 1 (DC power) to the transmitter's (+) terminal and

   connect terminal 2 to the transmitter's (-) terminal
