Hello 

           Machine is not working due to these alarms  22295, 231806,  231150,  26106 and    25201.

the story of machine is that c-axis rotary angular encoder Renishaw open with the instruction of machine supplier,   we purchase a new encoder  but still alarms are show, we checked the servo drive IGBT and found ok , we don not understand were is fault  how we can rectified.

Yes You are right and i don't known how to calibrate the encoder. 

Also i noted the R0949 Parameter valve but I can't under stand 

these values are 

R0949 (0) =      - 26214248

R0949 (8) =      - 26214248

R0949 (9) =        41095

According to Renishaw manual

I try my best to calibrate the encoder but no movement in c-axis because C-axis drive is not ready condition,

when C axis move (rotate) then encoder calibrate the ref marks according to Renishaw manual.

But C - axis not move (rotate) so how I can find out the drive enable signal. why enable signal missing

please guide me how to find out fault,

This problem occurred 2 months ago, For this I opened the c-axis encoder. And it was cleaned and re-installed, the connector of the encoder is thought to be a nationalize.

After flashing the c-axis Renishaw encoder T2001-15T the rotary axis started spinning (Rotate). After rotating the c-axis, it takes on the reference point,
and all the alarms on the machine went away (Finished).

But this time we have observed that the C-axis does not rotate (Spin) at all, physically no movements in c-axis, and the encoder tries to find its reference point. This problem occurs when the axis does not rotate and the reference point is not found the angular encoder. So my machine problem is that c-Axis is not rotating, as it rotates, the encoder will have a reference point.

So sir, what could be the reasons for this?
so that the C-axis rotates and the encoder reads the reference point.

Your renishaw encoder should be connected through SMC/SME module. SMC20 has 25 pin D-SUB connector, SME has 12 pin connector. Your Renishaw encoder has 15 pin D-sub connector. Are you sure that you didnt make mistake replacing connectors? And actually your encoder has limit signals, setup and cal signal. I cant remember if SMC or SME modules has such signals. 

Please post here diagram of encoder connection. Otherwise this is guesswork.

Yes, you are right, before we opened it and set the gap and the machine ran.

This happened to us 2-3 times last time we were told by the supplier that the encoder is broken and replace it.

There was a strip for gap setting with encoder so we set them to order but the axis didn't work.

We have properly checked the encoder cable connector and SMC20 and their wiring is fine.

Green signal is also present on SMC, while we insert the encoder, the orange LED is also blinking on it, which senses its response.

The problem is that the reference point encoder will not read until our C axis rotates.

In diagnostic i checked that baxis drive is not ready thats why i think enable signal is also not there please guide me how to check

Yes we have already referenced it twice after opening the encoder,
1. Yes you are right that the reference point encoder will not read until our C axis rotates.
2. Yes we purchase a new one encoder or reader head already.
3. We have tried both encoders but the problem persists.
4. Yes, first there is B-axis reference, then there is C axis reference and I have also noticed that there is no enable signal of B-axis and also there is no enable signal of C-axis.

​5.Yes, if you see in the picture, the drive not ready signal at (6) c-axis. -

Finally i have fix the issue, For this issue  i have cleaned the connector cable, adjust stand still parameter , adjust the gape of reader head (encoder), clean oil particle at SME20 and calibrate Sensor according to Renishaw manual.

now machine is working fine  thanks a lot
