Im struggling to get my LOGO 8 connected to my PC.

I have the Logo8 12/24RCEO with the LOGO TDE

Ethernet cable is connecting from the logo to the logo TDE and then the LOGO TDE is connected to my router.

in the network view there is a tick next to the logo 8 but not the TDE, i have set all of the IP addresses to

192.168.0.xx

255.255.255.0

192.168.0.1

and in the online settings screen the logo shows as accessible when i hit the refresh button.

how ever when i go to download a program to the unit or press test, i get the message "unable to access the remote device"

any help would be great

I set the PC manually as described on another thread on here:-

PC

192.168.0.30

255.255.255.0

192.168.0.1

LOGO

192.168.0.60

255.255.255.0

192.168.0.1

LOGO TDE

192.168.0.62

255.255.255.0

192.168.0.1

Do i need to set the LOGO to a setting to communicate with PC?

Have you set the correct Hardware type (0BA8) in the settings?

File > Properties > Offline Settings > Hardware type

0BA8 is selected in the network project window.

but nothing comes up if i go to file/properties.

if i right click on the network view logo8 and then click properties its the same 0BA8

I did not know that you are working in network mode. The choice given by me is only possible in the diagram  mode.

Can you please upload your project to the Forum? However, it must be a ZIP file.

In your project all looks good.

In attachment there's a video.

It shows you what you need to do to display Logos achievable.

If you do well, make you your Logo will be displayed.

Please make a screenshot of it.

Something is wrong here. But what?

The IP address of the logo appears. The MAC address and status is missing the entry "Yes".

Try out, connect the logo without the router to the PC and then make contact.

i removed the mac address, not sure if i should post on forums, and it normally says yes

At next time make this with a black bar. Then we know what you make.

But you still start times to attempt without the router.

I got it working now, i installed an old ethernet card and hard wired the pc to the router rather than wireless.

My PC connects to router wirelessly, will that make any difference?

Usually not.

i have choose wrong conection, i connected to router my logo8

and take not correct network card.

dont do my mistake)))
