Unable to Upload from LOGO PLC using LOGO Soft 8

The software starts to upload program but in the end it gives me the error : " Only Diagram above LOGO 7 can be uploaded". That is, it has have no Ethernet port on the logo. Is this right? If so, then you can not load in the network mode, the program of the logo to PC. Edit: Please wrote the exact order number of the logo (6ED1052........).

I forgot to mention that I used LOGO USB cable and before uploading, I selected that cable (Comm 10) as communication interface. It successfully connected to PLC, then was asked to stop the PLC to upload the program and then LOGO Soft started to upload program from the PLC but in the end showed the error Can i try LOGO Soft version 7 or LOGO 12/24 RC doesn't support upload?

aliraza Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Thanks guys, Just to let you know that i have successfully uploaded logic from the LOGO!. Problem was version mismatch as initial logic was developed in LOGO soft version 7 so I had to use version 7 to upload the Program.

With Logo Soft Comfort V8 you can: - create programs for all Logo versions. - load programs from all Logo versions to PC. - load programs from PC to all Logo versions. But what not can: -Create a programm for a higher version than the version of your LOGO P.E if you make a programm for a LOGO 0BA8, then you cant sent it to a 0BA6. Sometimes LOGO Soft can "translate" a programm to a lower version, its depend of the blocks you used.

You always have to adust to the correct Logo! type by the option in the lower right corner. Dubble-click on that. Then the software let you only program what the Logo! can handle.
