Look at Parallel connection of same type of power supplies for redundant operation. Back to your question -

For the redundant setup of 2 power supplies with 30A or 40A rated output current, two redundance modules will be necessary. In this case one redundance module is assigned to one power supply respectively and the terminals “In 24V-1” and “In 24-2” need to be interconnected on each module.

Thanks alot for your prompt answer,

The picture and the description is about the connection of RM modules to final consumer, but my question is about the connection of 2 sitop power supply 40A and 2 redundancy module ( i mean the connection of V1 and V2 on two redundant modules.


But now that i'm thinking more, I thing this new attached picture must be correct


Do you have any idea about that?

i want to understand the working of this block diagram you have attached.
i will tell you that how i am using this,
i am using two SITOP power of 24VDC,40A in parallel connection to get 80A and also i need redundancy. So, request you to please explain the working of two power supply with two RED module with block diagram.
