Hello,

I’m working on a project in TIA Portal v20, targeting a Unified Comfort Panel. Despite completing the recommended configuration steps, I cannot successfully transfer the project to the panel.

Here’s what I’ve done:

• Set Type of PG/PC Interface to Ethernet
• Selected "Use other IP" and entered the correct IP of the panel (192.168.1.2)
• Configured my PC’s IP address to be in the same subnet (192.168.1.10)
• Verified connection using ping — the panel responds successfully

Still, I receive the following error during the transfer:
"Error during loading {A communication error (8020AB0019A5FFF4) occurred}"

I’d appreciate it if anyone who has encountered this error before could shed some light on its cause and possible solutions.

I think the error message indicates that some data for the transfer is missing.

I had the same messages while loading a Unified project to a MTP. 

This was on a test system where I had not installed the Unified Comfor tPanel images.

-> you should install the Unifieed Comfort Panel Images for the TIA Portal and the Image version you use on the panel and also check which Device Version you have set in the TIA Project for your panel:
