How to configure smart counters of the S7-200?

Hi, Hello, I am trying to use the smart counters of the s7 200 smart, but I do not understand how to configure it. Could someone explain how to configure these counters? I will be grateful. The input I am using is I0.2, with a proximity sensor that is coupled to a base and generates 25 pulses per revolution per gear tooth. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi, please check the following FAQ or the link to manual. How do you count values over 16 bits with the S7-200? The Counter instructions you will find in manual page 113 and following. Regards, Towome |

Hello. We are blocked by Siemens from using the S7-200 SMART product range. The closest I can get you is the System Manual. One page of this manual is added as a PDF. Search the manual on Siemens' web page. Mention is made of a configuration wizard. See the in-software help for a description on this. This wizard will write some code for you.
