I noticed there is two sfc for writing and reading records sfc58 and sfc59 but when I display cross reference I don't find any use of this sfc in user program.

Is there a relationship between this sfc and OB40?

 The relationship between SFC and OB40 is it used to setup which channel will trigger OB40 by modifying those parameters you posted in your screenshot of the hardware configuration.

So, as I understand when we enable process alarm in HW configuration then sfc58 and sfc59 will be inserted automatically for reading which channel is used? and we don't need to call it in user program?

 Just to be clear and not confuse things, we are talking about Hardware Interrupt. I realize in the screenshot you posted it reads "Alarme Processus" and I am assuming that is the term they use in French for hardware interrupts.

SFCs are not inserted automatically , they have to be called in the user program and parametrized. Try it out in a test project and just drag and drop any SFC or SFB.

This is how I understand it is used:

You can enable Hardware Interrupt in the hardware configuration and enable the channel of your choice. In your screenshot Hardware Interrupt was enabled for Channel 0-1 for rising edge trigger. In that case OB40 will be called to interrupt the cycle scan to and executes with whatever code inside it. That is the simplest way to use the module and you do not need to call and SFC for the hardware interrupt of that channel(inputs 0 and 1) to function.

If for some reason you wanted to make changes to the hardware interrupt in runtime  then you need to call for example SFC 55 in your user program and make the changes you want. For example you can turn off channel 0-1 and enable channel 2-3. Which means that after SFC 55 has executed a rising edge of inputs 0 and 1 will not trigger OB40 but a rising edge of inputs 2 and 3 will trigger OB40.

So the SFCs are called when you want to make changes to the original setup of the hardware interrupt.

What kind of a filler is this, what is it filling?

Is a "process alarm" and "hardware interrupt" the same thing?

So this is what I know at the beginning: to use hw interrupt we should enable hw interrupt and eenable which channel in rising edge or falling edge. (As it described in my first attachment).

Now I'm coming back to my first question: in my case with enabling channel 0-1, which input will trigger OB40 ? I0.2 or i1.4? Because two inputs are situated in channel 0-1.

 Yes we mean the same thing in this topic because I taked first screenshot with french language "alarme processus" so when I talked about it I said process alarm but when change language in step 7 it appears"hardware interrupt".

 Based on the hardware configuration you posted neither input can trigger a hardware interrupt.

What do you mean "two inputs are situated in channel 0-1? I0.2 is in channel group 1 (2-3) and I1.4 is in channel group 6 (12-13).

For those inputs to trigger a hardware interrupt a modification of the parameters is necessary and that takes us back to the discussion of SFCs and which one may have been used in the user program to make those changes.
