WE have two different R system (software redundant system) with CPU 315-2DP with MLFB No: 6ES7315-1AH14-0AB0 and another with CPU 315-2DP with MLFB No: 6ES7 315-2AG10-0AB0

We have bought Industrial ethernet CP-Lean module with MLFB No: 6GK7 343-1CX10-0XE0.

I have configured the hardware and downloaded it to PLC, but it is working fine with first CPU where as for second CPU, it goes to stop mode and its diagnostics buffer shows the following message:

Event 1 of 100                                                Event ID 16#457F

STOP caused by STOP commannd

Breakpoint in user program:startup OB(OB100)

Priority class: 27

FC Number: 100

Module address: 2860

Previous operating mode: START UP (warm restart)

Requesting operating mode: STOP (internal)

internal error, Incoming Event

Please recommend some solution.

again pls, attach complete diagnostic buffer here, save it in Step7 to tx  f.ex. Attach pls also another zip with some pictures of OB1 and OB100 code, we can look to this for sure.

I'm not expert in redundancy, but look again to diagnostic buffer events, there are some events about lost synchro and I/O errors. Click on that events to look for better description about locality, hw cfg can be wrong so check evry address of Slaves, speed defined with segment. Also look to OB100 and to FC100 parameters, check if all listed parameters of FC100 like DBs and memory exists with mentioned consistency.

Actually your architecure is wrong.

Option1:  you have took cpu315-2dp only for redundancy

Option2 : 315-2PN/DP with CP card for redundancy.
