Can  MMC  cards  be mixed between  different models of  S7300   series plc's.

The  same  size of  MMC  cards  have  different part#   in  Siemens  catalogs

suggesting some differences between  them even  if  they are  the  same size.

 You can purchase Siemens MMC Cards (usually a greenish color)  with different Memory Sizes, depending on your Program and PLC. They all can be used in the S7-300 series PLC's that have a MMC Slot.

But there are Siemens MMC Cards that have the same size as a PLC MMC Card, but are used only on an HMI to store configuration / backup data, but hey have different color and have a the word HMI on them.
