Could not to establish connection with web-server if check box "https only" switched on.

Tried in TIA and Step7, the same result.

Time synchronized, Certificated installed. 

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

If use http all is works.

do you have direct connection between PLC and PC from which you access the webserver?

Web site (IP) does not allow to establish connection.
