I am experiencing the same situation where Proneta only detects my laptop …  The weird thing is that AvailableDevices on TIA also doesn't detect any devices, but I can download to the CPU and get online with it, but that's about, no other device can be detected, even when directly connected.  Anyhow, I read the responses above, or should I say non-responses … I say, if you know the solution to the issue then directly type it, don't say read the manual!  most likely the person with problem has done all she/he can do and now resorts to the forum … moronic replies just to reply is wasting time at best.
